The programme of the 6th International Conference Actual Problems of Theory and History of Art extended over five days, from 27 to 31 October 2015. The principal sessions were held at the Faculty of History of Lomonosov Moscow State University, with a special day at the Moscow Kremlin Museums.
27 October — opening day
MSU Faculty of History. Registration at 10:30 was followed by the plenary session from 11:00 to 17:30. An exhibition opening and a reception for participants concluded the day.
28 October
Parallel sessions from 10:00 to 19:30 addressed ancient art, Western European medieval art, medieval Russian art, Russian art from the eighteenth to the early twentieth century and in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, cult and artistic culture, and Renaissance architecture.
29 October
The second day of parallel sessions brought together Eastern Christian art, Renaissance art, Western art of the modern age, international art of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and art theory.
30 October — Moscow Kremlin Museums
The Patriarch's Palace hosted the plenary session “The Art of Rus and Western Europe in the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Centuries”. After the official closing, participants visited the Kremlin cathedrals and the Armoury Chamber.
31 October — field seminar
The conference concluded with an excursion to Sergiev Posad and Alexandrov.
